At More Than A Carpenter, we strive to make property managers’ lives easier by making their problems go away. We aim for a 24 to 48 hour turn around on the majority of our jobs. Once work is completed, we are happy to contact our clients to keep them informed. For exterior work, we leave door knockers on resident’s doors informing them of the work that has been performed. If we are asked to complete work inside a home, we wear protective coverings over our shoes and clean up completely when work is finished. If a job is too large or if we are unable to complete it in a timely manner, we will inform the resident and/or property manager immediately. We strive to provide the highest quality work with competitive pricing.
